Order Processing and Cut-off Times
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is only available through FedEx Ground.

All FedEx Ground and FedEx Canada Ground orders received by 12pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 12pm EST will ship the next business day.

Expedited Orders: If you selected FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Next Day, or FedEx International Priority options, orders must be received by 3pm EST to ship on that business day. After 3pm EST, expedited orders will ship on the next business day.

Exchanges, Returns & Price Adjustments
All returns and exchanges are subject to our policy below.

One-time item price adjustments will be honored if we are notified within 10 days of order shipment date. Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 60 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

Returns:
You can return unworn, unused items within 60 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that items received after 60 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size. Returned wristbands must be in the unopened wrapping and in the original and complete pack amount. Wristbands that do not meet these standards will not be refunded or shipped back to you.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please call (877)WEARYELLOW or (407)253-4770 for further assistance.

Exchanges:

    Shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address
    FedEx is not available to U.S. post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All standard deliveries to a domestic P.O. Box or APO/FPO address must be shipped via Domestic Parcel. You will need to select Domestic Parcel as the delivery option for the order to be processed and shipped. Delivery will be completed by U.S. Postal Service.

    For help with shipping to APO/FPO addresses, please follow these steps:
    • City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
    • State field: Enter "AE", "AA", or "AP" depending on where the recipient is stationed.
    • Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
    • Remember to select Domestic Parcel as your shipping method.

    You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from livestrong.org, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    Do you ship to my country?
    Unfortunately, we are currently set up to ship to select countries. These countries can be found during the check-out process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Wristbands, Sizing and Product Availability
    Is there a minimum quantity of wristbands that can be ordered?
    Wristbands are available on our website (www.store-laf.org) in multiples of 10, 100, and 1200 packs. A 10 pack of wristbands is the minimum quantity available for purchase from the LIVESTRONG Store. Authentic wristbands can also be purchased in most Dick's Sporting Goods stores and in select Niketown stores.

    What size are the wristbands?
    The wristbands are available in two sizes - youth and adult. Youth size - 180 mm (7.09 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 1.95 mm (0.076 in) thickness. Adult size - 202 mm (7.95 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 1.95 mm (0.076 in) thickness.

    Where can I find LIVESTRONG™ apparel and accessories?
    You can find LIVESTRONG™ apparel and accessories here on www.store-laf.org. You are now also able to purchase new, limited LIVESTRONG Collection merchandise at Nike.com, Nike Stores, The Finish Line and Dick's Sporting Goods. Authentic wristbands can be found in most Dick's Sporting Goods, The Finish Line, select Niketown stores, and of course, on our website.

    I do not see the product or size that I want to purchase?
    Availability of items may change depending on inventory and season. We do not carry the shoes from the LIVESTRONG Collection, but you should try Nike.com, Nike Stores, The Finish Line and Dick's Sporting Goods.

    How do your products fit?
    Please note that most product descriptions offer a sizing chart, where applicable. Sizes and fits vary by item. Nike women's products tend to run small, and Nike men's products run a little larger. Our cycling jerseys are pro-fit, which means a smaller race fit.

    You don't offer apparel that fits me. Why not?
    We are continually evaluating our sizing needs and availability. We try to offer a range of sizes, and we apologize that our products are not available in extended sizes. We know this can be frustrating. We thank you for your patience and hope to offer a broader range of sizes in the future.

    Ordering and Payment Information
    Payment methods: Can I order by check/cash/money order?
    Unfortunately, the online store is only able to accept credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We are unable to accept orders over the phone or through the mail. Please note that our prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Order methods: Can I order by phone/mail?
    Phone or mail orders are not accepted. Please visit www.store-laf.org to place an order. Orders received at the LAF will be returned to the sender and you will be encouraged to visit the website to place your order.

    Is your website secure when I am entering my credit card?
    Yes, our checkout pages are secure for your credit card information. Depending on your web browser, you will find a lock, most likely on the top or bottom navigation of your page. For example in Internet Explorer 7.0, the lock is now at the top. You can click on the lock to view our security certificates with Yahoo! Small Business.

    I live outside of the United States. How can I see the purchase amount in my currency, not US Dollars?
    Exchange rates change daily. You can use this tool, Yahoo! Currency Converter , for the most up-to-date way to convert your currency to US Dollars.

    What is a CVV number?
    The CVV number is a security code which merchants use to ensure that the cardholder is actually placing the order. On Mastercard and Visa cards, the CVV number is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, usually on the signature line. On American Express cards, the CVV number is a four-digit code on the front of the card, located above the credit card number.
    Is my purchase tax deductible?
    The Lance Armstrong Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is a public charity. Donations made to the Lance Armstrong Foundation are tax deductible, however the amount paid for merchandise is generally not tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for more information.


    Problems with Order or Shopping Cart
    There seems to be an issue with my credit card, but I don't think this is true. What is happening?
    There are issues with different credit cards for various reasons. Please check that your bill-to name and address appears exactly as it does on a statement from your financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number and expiration date are correct. Please call your financial institution to verify your information. Our Customer Service Team is available from 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday for any questions regarding your specific order.

    I am having trouble placing my order. Is there a number I can call for help?

    I am having trouble adding multiple items to my shopping cart. I add the item, proceed to check-out, and it is gone. Help!
    This problem is oftentimes related to your privacy settings on your computer, or existing firewall software. Our Yahoo!Store uses cookies to track the items that a customer has placed in the shopping cart. Some software identifies multiple items placed in the shopping cart as "3rd party cookies" and blocks the addition of an additional item. Sometimes this problem is further complicated by the fact that shoppers may not be aware of the fact they are running such software that has this effect.

    Saturday Delivery
    Can I get my package delivered on the weekend?
    Only FedEx Ground offers the option of a Saturday delivery - domestic deliveries only. Please check Shipping Details for more information.

    Order Confirmations via email
    You should receive an order confirmation via email to the email address you provided during check-out.

    You should also receive a ship confirmation via email once your order ships. This email will provide you with a tracking number, when applicable.

    Order Cancellations & Hold Status
    In case your order has to be cancelled or is placed on hold, you will be notified via email. If you think you should have already received your order or a ship confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Team to verify your order. You should always get a notification of any cancellation or hold status.

    Where the Money Goes
    100% of the proceeds from the LIVESTRONG Store, after all related expenses, benefit the programs of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Our survivorship programs and services depend on the generosity of our supporters.
